The solar panel roof mounts also known as flash feet are installed. This provides a direct tie to the roof truss or rafter. They are double sealed with both a solid rubber grommet and silicone providing a secure solid leak proof mount that the solar panel racking will then attach to.

Now the solar racking rails are attached and adjusted to provide a straight and level mounting surface for the solar panels. This system also provides grounding capability without the use of additional copper grounding wires.

Installing the solar panels after the solar racking has been placed. Each panel has 4 attachment points that are torqued down to specific specifications. All our system are built to withstand the harsh outdoor elements. Wind rain snow and ice all are a factor and these are engineered to take it.

While the solar panels are being placed the inverter, conduit, and lines are pulled to attach the DC power of the solar array to the AC power inside the electrical power panel.

Now all the solar panels are installed and the system is ready to be turned on.

The solar array was completed in a single day and the customer was already reaping the benefits of solar energy minutes after the solar installation crew left the site.
